Just Once More . . .

An imaginative collection of compositions that showcases amazing performances by Michael
Pedicin on tenor saxophone and Johnnie Valentino on guitar.
The title track is a beautiful, haunting ballad that becomes a vehicle for an exquisite tenor saxophone solo. Other tracks take on a dualistic approach – music that seems surprisingly familiar in an unfamiliar way.
There are two impromptus that challenge the listener with daring digressions into free group improvisation.
Finally, there is the clever scat-work of Ellissa
Lala, which adds a welcomed touch.
